In our decades long agency partnership with Budget Car Rentals, the challenge has been as exhilarating as it is challenging, demanding a blend of creativity, precision, and project coordination to stay in alignment with an evolving brand's identity. The primary hurdle was keeping the creative fresh while sourcing unique lifestyle images that not only resonated with AVIS’s brand ethos but also appealed to the diverse tastes of their clientele. Additionally, the integration of car photos that accurately represented Budget's fleet required meticulous selection and adjustment, ensuring each vehicle was showcased accurately and with creative ingenuity to keep audiences engaged.
Solution
To navigate these challenges, we leaned into a robust internal coordination system and innovative design solutions. We developed comprehensive Figma Libraries and Style Guides, meticulously curated to streamline the design process and ensure brand consistency across all email campaigns. Additionally, we organized cataloged asset folders for efficient access and utilization. Our collaboration extended to our off-shore Manila design and production team, who were integral in bringing our visions to life under detailed art direction. This collaborative ecosystem facilitated seamless handoffs between teams, ensuring that every campaign was not only distinctive but also resonant with Budget's brand identity.
